once a year, we complete 'the form'. the questions include whats your favorite dinner, what do you want to be when you grow up, whats your favorite book....we have done this for 6 years and i love looking back on the boys answers. over spring vacation we filled ours out, me included. (i'm not sure what i want to be when i grow up yet!)
