look what the fed ex guy delivered today.
how exciting to see him on a friday afternoon.
(i wasn't expecting him till monday afternoon.)
we all gathered around the box, carefully opened it,
safely removed it from its packing, opened the lid, plugged her in
& .......
cried !!
her screen was ruined :(
after talking with 5 different customer service reps,
in 5 different countries, dell is shipping a new one.
carefully packed her back up, dried off the tears & got my
chair ready to sit by the front door all next week!
i'm waiting......
