friday in review. beach day. justin to the city with granddad. lunch at the shack now known as weekend at bernies. soccer on the beach. cocktails at mom and dads. dinner at the canoe club. pictures on the pier. colin overnight at nans. nathan overnight at ryan and julies. early goodbyes for lauren & aaron. can't believe our family week together is coming to an end.

wednesday notes:

steve. dad. ryan & mike hit the links at 10am.

family photo at 4pm.

walked to the palmwood at 6pm.

please note the matching white shirts worn by all.
after dinner, we headed to crystal beach
for some family fun.
please note mom has tory burch heels on for this event.
water balloon launcher tradition continues
as we bomb the pier.

success noted.

after this, we all headed to the sand for

some water balloon volleyball.
mom & dad were true troopers and played.
we were all soaked and sanded from diving

for balloons.

we had fans watching & cheering.

the coolers were filled with hundreds of balloons.

hannah & owen handed them out.

the white shirts were no longer white.

the laughs were outrageous.

shirts were used as 'catchers.'

who invented this game?

hilarious.

by far, one of the highlights of the week.

had to be there kinda of night.

colin spent the night at daniels.

justin stayed over at nan & granddads again.

early tuesday morning wi-fi

at mom & dads complete with

morning newspaper & tim hortons coffee.

girls spa day at pillar and post.
outdoor lunch poolside after our spa treatments.
the weather was spectacular.
the food was delicious.
the champagne was flowing.
and the chocolate covered strawberries
were enjoyed by all !

lauren and aaron hosted tonights dinner complete

with stuffed mushrooms and shells.
boom ball finished our tuesday memories.

colin slept over at uncle mike & aunt sandras.

justin slept over at nan & granddads.
nathan earned 5.00 today for being quiet for 5 minutes

from uncle ryan.

love that story!

monday activities.

tim hortons & early newspaper delivery to start our day.

adults went on a jouurney to hillbrand winery for a tour

followed by lunch next to the waterfall on the patio.

we hosted dinner - actually, steve hosted dinner

tonight followed by a scavenger hunt and 'can you guess' the year

of the photograph contest.
mom & dad were serious contenders.

not sure dad got any correct but
lots of laughs for all!

day two.

busy busy day today.

on the road at 8:09am.

we hit the football hall of fame at 10:00am.

nathan had prepared our plan of attack in advance.

this was nathans playground.

there wasn't a player he didn't know.

we cheer for the cowboys now

but our heart is still with the bills.
speaking of bills,
we pulled into buffalo and hit lanovas at 4:25pm.
crystal beach by 5:00pm.
look who was waiting to greet us.
dinner & hellos at hannahs.

a quick game of soccer to get us going.
love the vacant field between the two houses.
perfect for evening games.

heres to a week filled with nets, grass stains and
black feet.

a post dinner cocktail at ed & erins.
off to unpack.

cbyt club is filled to the max with zangs & sippels.
